Telecom have told us that we will be connected on Sunday, October 9th. We think it might actually happen this time. As soon as we're connected we'll be updating the blog properly.
We've been having lots of fun with Phil and Sally, who are over here for a week. Well, as much fun as we can given that the weather has been awful - pretty much constant torrential rain!!

I can't remember if you ever got around to trying Puerto Rico or Age of Steam. If you haven't, run out and buy a copy of Puerto Rico while P&S are there. When they've gone, keep an eye out for the new version of Age of Steam, called "Railroad Tycoon". They are both fantastic games.

We've got a copy of Puerto Rico and, funnily enough we were going to play a game when P&S were over, but Sally vetoed it on the grounds it was a bit too complicated for the lateness of the hour! So we played San Juan instead. We've not got a copy of 'Age of Steam' but I have an aversion to railway games, so if we did get a copy Iain would have to play it on his own.
